Job Title: Sales Manager - Home Improvement

Job Summary:As the Sales Manager for our home improvement division, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and customer-focused initiatives. Your primary goal will be to motivate and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire the sales team to perform at their best. Provide ongoing coaching, support, and feedback to help team members reach their full potential.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the home improvement sector. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.

Performance Management: Set clear sales goals and targets for the team, and monitor performance regularly. Implement incentive programs to motivate the team to achieve and surpass objectives.

Customer Focus: Ensure that the sales team provides exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process. Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify areas for business expansion and improvement. Utilize insights to make data-driven decisions.

Budget Management: Manage the home improvement division's budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize sales outcomes and profitability.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and product development, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the home improvement industry.

Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
